Oil prices have fallen significantly over the last week which has caused the S&P500 to rally (up over 5%) while energy & material stocks have declined (down more than 7%). Personally, I'm not going to dump my energy & materials stocks so I can start chasing returns in everything else, but I do think this sector rotation has created some very interesting opportunities.

Over the past several days, I discussed some potential winning themes that may develop under either an Obama or McCain administration. Now, I would like to discuss what some potential losing themes may be under either potential future president.
